  • 1 lb beef or veal 3/4" cubes
  • 1 lb pork 3/4" cubes
  • 1 1/4 cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 1/2 cup celery
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 1/2 tbls soy sauce

InstructionsInstructions  Brown veal or beef, and add meat stock or water, pepper and salt. Simmer 1 hour. Add onion, green peppers, celery, mushrooms, bean sprouts, soy sauce. Drain liquid from meat and vegetables and add cornstarch to thicken. Return to meat and vegetables. Cook until thickened.
