  • 1/2 cup chinese pea pods
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cup broccoli fresh
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts
  • 1 lb chicken cubed

InstructionsInstructions  Blend cornstarch, ginger and pepper and gradually stir in broth, corn syrup and soy sauce until smooth. In large skillet or wok heat oil and add chicken and cook slightly, add broccoli, carrots, onion and stir fry 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and peas and stir fry 1 minute. Re stir cornstarch mixture and add to stir fry stirring constantly. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Serve with rice
