  • 2 tbls flour
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 drops red pepper sauce
  • dash pepper
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can salmon drained and flaked
  • Pimento sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup velveta cheese
  • 2 tbls chopped pimiento

InstructionsInstructions  Grease heated griddle. Mix eggs, flour, lemon juice, salt, pepper sauce and pepper with mixer until foamy. Stir in corn and salmon. Drop by 1/4 cup fulls onto hot griddle; flatten slightly and cook until golden brown on each side 3 minutes. Serve with Pimento Sauce Pimiento Sauce - mix all ingredients in sauce pan and heat to just boiling.
