  • 1/2 stk butter melted and cooled
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 6 tlbs sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbls lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worchester sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 lb crab meat
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • tartar sauce

InstructionsInstructions  Whisk butter, eggs, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire's sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne, crab meat, bread crumbs. Form 1/2 c measures of mixture into twelve 3/4" patties. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with 1/2 cornmeal turn and sprinkle with other 1/2 of cornmeal. Chill 1 hour. Heat oil on high until hot turn to med and saute' crab cakes turning only once when golden brown.
