  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cp rice
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbls parsley
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • peas if desired
  • parmesan cheese if desired

InstructionsInstructions  Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until tender and stir in rice and remaining ingredients. Mix rice to coat and pour in chicken stock. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot
