  • 5 cups water
  • 10-11 oz tomato soup
  • 12 oz smoked sausage links 1/4" slices
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

InstructionsInstructions  Place beans, garlic, bay leaf, oil and water in pan. Heat to boiling. Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Heat beans to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender about 1 hour. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally 10 minutes
