DescriptionDescription  Heat oven to 450. Sift dry ingredients then cut in shortening until fine coarse crumbs. Add milk and stir in with fork. Turn dough on lightly floured board and roll about 1/2 inch thick and cut with cutter. Bake on greased baking pan for 10-12 minutes. (7.8 cup milk = 1 Cup - 2 tablespoons Buttermilk - follow above recipe but cut the baking powder to 2 teaspoons and add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 cup of buttermilk.
