  • 1 C Filling + Chicken pieces
  • 1/2 C chopped ham
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 2 1/2 C milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbls flour
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 chicken bullion
  • 1 Tbls butter
  • Crepes
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 C milk

DescriptionDescription  Melt butter, add onions and cook until soft. Add flour stirring constantly. Add milk and continue stirring until thickens. Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking 7-10 minutes and set aside to cool Place flour, egg and salt in bowl and mix. Gradually add milk beating constantly until consistency of thick cream. Heat skillet, grease lightly and pour in enough batter to make 6" circle, quickly tilt pan til circle becomes larger brown lightly and turn and brown other side. Allow crepe to cool. Spoon filling into center of each crepe, roll and place in baking pan. Thin the remaining mixture with milk and pour over crepes. Bake until warm in medium oven.
