DescriptionDescription  Slice Chilies in half lengthwise. 13 x 9 pan - spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place a layer of Chilies flat on the bottom of the pan. Spread Monterey Jack cheese over Chilies . Place another layer of Chilies over cheese, and spread the Cheddar cheese on top of the Chilies. Scramble the eggs, and pour evenly over the top of the cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 min. Remove from oven, spread the top of the casserole with the tomato sauce and return to the oven for another 20min.
