DescriptionDescription  trim beans. Combine vinegar, water and salt in large saucepan and bring to boil. Pack beans in hot quart canning jars - around 2, leave 1/2" headspace; add 1/2 tsp pepper; 1 garlic cove and 2 heads of dill in each quart. Ladle hot liquid over beans with 1/2" space. Remove air bubbles - adjust on 2 piece caps; process quarts 10 minutes in boiling water canner.
