  • taste garlic powder
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 lb bacon crips
  • 1 C cheedar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 C green onions
  • 1/2 C parsley chopped

DescriptionDescription  Dice unpeeled potatoes in 1/2 inch cubes and cover with water in dutch oven and bring to boil for 10 minutes until almost done. In other pan combine melted butter, flour mixture until smooth, place over low heat and gradually add half and half stirring constantly until smooth and begins to thicken. Add melted velveeta cheese and stir well. Drain potatoes and add to cream/cheese mixture. Stir in pepper and garlic and hot sauce and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. place in bowls and top with bacon, shredded cheese, onions and parsley.
